Deadpool and Wolverine Director Opens Up About Absence of 'Deadpool 3'
Ryan Reynolds Teases Trailer Amidst Anticipation
Marvel Unveils Premiere Date at Super Bowl
Despite the immense anticipation surrounding the upcoming "Deadpool 3," director Shawn Levy has shed light on why the film will not be titled as such. In a recent interview, Levy emphasized that the third installment is a distinct entity, separate from both "Deadpool" and "Deadpool 2," and thus warrants a unique title.
While the specific title remains under wraps, Levy has teased that the film will explore a "more grounded, hyper-emotional" side of the titular character. He also hinted at the potential for more cameos, saying, "We're not doing a cameo appearance. We're doing a full-on, three-act, proper, big storyline."
Meanwhile, star Ryan Reynolds has taken to Twitter to share two brief clips from the trailer, heightening the excitement among fans. The film is slated for release in the UK on July 25, 2024, and in North America on July 26.
In anticipation of the trailer's official debut during the 2024 Super Bowl, fans can catch up on the previous "Deadpool" installments, now available on Disney+. Marvel Studios promises to deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience with "Deadpool 3," a highly anticipated addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
